Job Description

Job Title: Health, Safety And Environmental Lead

Main Purpose

---

Establish and coordinate the implementation of the SHE Management system in the Head Office and Warehouse

Main Accountabilities

Coordinates and monitor SHE Activities in all Third party activities

Ensures SHE compliance in the Customer Development

Monitor contractor management across the business

Assist the Coy SHEQS Manager in facilitating and driving all SHE activities on the Sites, monitoring existing legislation and Unilever Standards Safety Policies and emerging legislation while advising management through Coy SHEQS Manager on SHE matters.

Follow up on all SHE actions raised for full implementation.

Monitoring of all SHE deliverable KPIs

Coordinates weekly Value Life Value Safety talks

Follow up of Leadership Team for Site Inspection

Follow up of CSHEC and Subcommittee meeting schedules

Effectively assists and supports the Coy SHEQS Manager on all the day to day activities on SHE issues and other assignments that may be given from time to time.

Assists Coy SHEQS Manager in strategic influencing on all SHE issues.

Follow up implementation of SHE plan for the Company.

A degree in Sciences or Engineering with at least 3 years experience in a Manufacturing outfit

SHE Auditor

Must be able to relieve Coy SHEQS Manager when away on leave or other official assignments.
