Accra Compost & Recycling Plant Ltd Recruitment (10 Positions)
The Accra Compost & Recycling Plant Ltd is a commercial entity set up to receive, sort and process waste, recycling components of the waste as are applicable, treating the remaining waste and producing compost and other products, for sale.
1. Sorting Plant Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:
- A University degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Biochemistry or a related field with a minimum of five years relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or processing facility
2. Composting Plant Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:
- A University degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Soil Science or Biochemistry or a related field with a minimum of five years relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or processing facility
3. Accounts Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:
- A University degree in Accounting or Intermediate Professional Accounting Qualification/Certificate from ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent plus a minimum of five years relevant post qualification experience
- Work experience in a manufacturing or processing establishment will be an asset
4. Procurement Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:

- A University degree in Procurement, Engineering, Environmental Science, Biochemistry, social sciences or membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing plus a minimum of five years relevant experience
- Experience in procurement for a manufacturing or processing facility will be an asset
5. Sales Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:
- A University degree in Marketing, Accounts, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field plus five years relevant sales experience
6. Marketing Supervisor
The preferred candidate will have:
- A University degree in Marketing plus five years experience in a related field Or a relevant university degree plus an MBA in marketing and three years experience in the field Or Membership of Charted Institute of Marketing plus three years experience in a related field
7. Quality Control Officer
The preferred candidate will have:
- University degree in a relevant field plus a postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance/Management. A minimum of four years experience will be required
- Experience in a manufacturing or processing facility will be an asset
8. Environmental Officer
The preferred candidate will have:
- University degree in Environmental Sciences plus five years relevant experience or a University degree in a relevant area and a post graduate qualification in Environmental Management plus a minimum of four years relevant experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or processing facility will be an asset
9. Shift Leader (Sorting)
The preferred candidate will have:
- An HND in Engineering or a relevant field or equivalent with a minimum of three years relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing or processing facility will be an asset
10. Shift Leader (COMPOSTING)
The preferred candidate will have:
- An HND in Engineering or a relevant field or a Diploma in Soil Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of three years relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing or processing facility will be an asset
