ActionAid began operating in Ghana in 1990 and now works with more than One Million (1,000,000) people living in 279 communities in the Upper East, Upper West, Northern, Brong Ahafo, Volta and Greater Accra regions.

Job Description

Job Title: Internal Auditor

The purpose of the role is to support the Affiliate Programme to establish and maintain effective and efficient internal control systems to safeguard organizational assets and to ensure optimum use of resources to achieve organizational goals. The post holder will also work in close consultation with ActionAid International Audit Team to ensure effective compliance with Federation requirements and accountability .

Role Overview:

The Internal Auditor shall support ActionAid Ghana to establish and maintain effective and efficient internal control systems to safeguard organizational assets and to ensure optimum use of resources to achieve organizational goals. The post holder will also work in close consultation with ActionAid International Audit Team to ensure effective compliance with the Federation requirements and accountability. This is a senior managerial position and the post holder shall report to the Board Audit Committee.
