This is a hands-on-desk position; and applicants must be prepared to work beyond normal working hours and on week-ends too
Job Summary:
Plan and manage the efficient use of ICT to support service delivery in the Bank
Applicant must be up-to-date in ICT, and able to do the following:
Work in a wireless network environment
Handle installation (of computers), troubleshooting, website development and server configuration
Demonstrate versatility in network management, network security and preparation of back-ups
Demonstrate service support culture and team spirit with a desire to achieve optimum results
Conducting training for others
Lead team effectively both through structured coaching and delivering by example
Required Skills or Experience
A degree in BSc Computer Science or related field
An MSCE, CCNA, ITIL Version 3 Foundation, ICND or equivalent
A minimum of two (2) years experience
Age Limit: Not more than 30 years
