A Real Estate company is looking for a highly efficient and professional full time Administrative manager/General Manager to handle the day to day duties of the firm and manage its employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the firm
- Participate in developing policies and procedures
- Monitoring and cross checking fellow employee email activity and standard employee reports
- Scheduling meetings and following up with clients on client inquiries
- Answering phones and speaking to clients face to face and in person
- Attending client meetings/viewings
- Respond to client email inquiries in a timely manner providing knowledgeable company feedback
- Take meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, in case of his/her absence
- Handle employee relations and maintain employee records
- Promote company’s mission and values
- Develop and follow marketing techniques and procedures to build client database
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of HND
- At least 1-3 years working experience
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Great typing skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good communication skills
- Male applicants only
- Exceptional organization skills
- Marketing or sales background preferred but not required
- Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients
