Africa Online Recruitment: Network Engineer

The Network Engineer will report to the Technical Manager and core responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:

• Monitor  and Report on Client Node Status
• Manage the network, including addition of clients and expansion of the network
• Manage and ensure client SLAs are met
• Ensure all escalated issues are resolved
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the intent and scope of the job as directed by the Technical Manager

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in BSc. Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ BSc. Computer Science
• 3 years minimum
• CCNA, MCSE, CCNP/CCIP will be of an added advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and for extended hours
• Good reporting skills and ability to meet deadlines
