African Mining Services Ghana (AMSG) Recruitment 2011

• Must possess ‘O’ Level/SHS Certificate with at least 5 years working experience
• Must be a holder of a Mine Captains’ Certificate
• Must have basic computer skills, with background knowledge of the Ghanaian Minerals and Mining Act, Explosives and Mining Regulations
• The qualified person must have First Aid Certificate and Basic knowledge in Fire Fighting, Mine Rescues and Emergency response
• Knowledge of Environmental Responsibilities of ISO 14001, Job Safety Analysis, Incident/Accident reporting and investigation
• Must have extensive knowledge in general mining operations
• Must possess a Valid Ghanaian Drivers’ License ‘Class C,E’

Capabilities:

• The person must be fit and capable to perform on any AMSG site
• Ability to meet site requirements; work long hours in remote locations
