Gradually, the business began to grow and by 2008, AGT Microfinance was registered with the Registrar General’s Department to provide general financial and investment services in Ghana.They are currently recruiting for:

Job Title:Head,Strategic Planning And Financial Administrator

This is an executive management position that requires maturity and absolute dedication at all times.The individual must be an avid strategist.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a Post-Graduate Degree in a related field is required.
• A Chartered professional qualification in Accountancy will be an added advantage
• At least 5years working experience in a similar position
• A Strategic thinker with excellent people management and team building skills
• Must have the ability to lead budget discussions and design strategies to monitor progress
• Must have passion for the job and be an effective communicator with ardent persuasive skills
• Must be IT profiCient.
