This is an executive management position that requires absolute dedication and maturity at all times.
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Post-Graduate Degree in a related field is required;
- Advance Certificate in Credit Administration and Risk Management is desirable;
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position;
- Must have excellent knowledge of credit administration especially at the SME level with proven customet acquisition and relationship management skills; and
- Must have good knowledge of structuring credit transactions with full ability in recovery and non-performing loans management.
