Job description
Job Title: Training And Development manager
Job Summary
- Manage the training function to ensure that all training needs are captured, planned for and deployed effectively in line with timelines and budgetary requirements
- Conduct and compile all training needs and create training schedules/ present appropriate training interventions
- Develop an Annual Training and Development Plan, including the Calendar and Budget
- Analyze results of the performance management system and feed into the employees’ development plans
- Work closely with departmental representatives/ employees to identify and execute development and learning programs
- Measure effectiveness of training provided and the application of learning in the workplace
- Records of training interventions and learner achievements recorded and input provided to training systems and reports
- Compile and submit required training reports
- Ensure compliance to the Group HR minimum standards for ‘Development’
Qualification
- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- At least 3-5 years working experience
- Local Learning and Development/ Training qualifications
- Labour Law
- Human Resources policy, procedures, systems and practices
- Learning Content Development
