1. Monitoring and Evaluation Director

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s degree in sociology, statistics or related field of study; 10 years of more of professional experience in international development designing, implementing and managing M&E systems in nutrition – or food – security-related projects; experience with USAID-funded projects preferred; strong background and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design and implementation, and statistical data analysis required

2. Human Resources Director

We currently seeking a Human Resources Director for an anticipated large, multiyear food security and nutrition initiative in northern Ghana, like based in Tamale. The project will complement Feed the Future goals to accelerate inclusive agricultural growth and improve nutritional status; project interventions will focus on reducing poverty and increasing the resilience of the very poor in selected districts.

Required Skills or Experience

• University degree in human resources, management, or a related subject; at least seven years of experience managing and implementing human resources systems for multifaceted offices with a staff of at least 30 people; demonstrated knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations regarding personnel administration and procurement; experience designing and utilizing job descriptions, salary structures, and records systems

3. Finance Director

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s degree in commerce, or a closely related subject, with a minimum of five years of proven experience in a senior-level finance position; experience in working with projects funded by USAID; contracts experience strongly preferred; experience in directly managing a portfolio of subcontracts is required; demonstrated knowledge of Ghanaian accounting standards; knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles strong preferred

4. Deputy Chief of Party

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s degree in agriculture, food sciences or public health (or related field); minimum of five years of experience in food security and nutrition programming; minimum three years of management experience, preferably with USAID contracts; demonstrated experience building capacity of local NGOs; demonstrated understanding of internationally accepted best practices in food security and nutrition
