ARB Apex Bank Vacancy for Business Manager

Under the auspices of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person to fill the following vacant position at the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerisation and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP)

Assist in the provision of business planning and strategy for the GRBCIP project
To draft business proposals for evaluation by APEX strategic development planning for services to be deployed on the GRBCIP infrastructure
Handle all helpdesk issues which are business related
Develop and implement a training plan for super users at the rural banks and Data Center Staff to act in a capacity of “Training of Trainers” on how eMerge application will be used to handle business proposals for new products
Advise on GL amendments, BOG Returns, ad-hoc reports, and other business related requirements of RCBs
Required Skills or Experience

Minimum of a first degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics or Information Technology
At least 5 years post qualification experience in rural banking, GL experience, banking procedures and reconciliation
High caliber and experienced person with the experience and exposure in Emerge banking application implementation
