Job Description:
ARD is seeking a short-term Grants Assistant to begin work immediately to support the start up of its small grants program in Accra, Ghana. The Grants Assistant will assist the Finance and Grants Manager (FGM) to ensure adherence to the USAID compliance and regulatory requirements for USAID’s Grants under Contract (GUC) and ARD’s grants systems.
Required Skills or Experience
A minimum of three years of professional administrative work experience, preferably with a USAID-funded organization.
Grants and financial management experience, preferably with a USAID-funded organization.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
Written and verbal fluency in French is desirable.
