1, Internal Audit Manager (IAM)
Is recruiting innovative and energetic individuals with leadership qualities for the various managerial positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all audit activities of various ASA Savings and Loans departments and branches to determine adherence to established plans, policies, procedures, and good business practices
- Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for planning work on assigned segments of the audit; determine the extent of audit testing and work paper content
- Review transactions, documents, records, reports, processes and procedures and prepare audit work papers, recording and summarizing data
- Develop audit planning documentation addressing scope, audit objectives, budgeted hours, field work and reporting dates, audit personnel, and assignment of work
- Audit the activities of various departments for compliance with established plans, policies, procedures and applicable regulations
- Preparing audit reports to the attention of management and discussions at the Board of Directors’ meetings

Required Skills or Experience
- A degree in Accounting, and/or professional qualification as ACCA, CA designation
- 3 to 5 years of financial accounting or auditing experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience are necessary
- Knowledge of the microfinance industry is highly desirable
- Ghanaian national with excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Age limit is not more than 40 years
- The person should have the capacity to go on extensive field tour in various operational regions/centers
2. Deputy Managing Director (DMD)
- Minimum of a 1st Degree in a business related field from a recognized institution
- Professional Qualification in Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and/or a 2nd degree in a business related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 (five ) years relevant microfinance and/or banking industry (Savings & Loans Company experience will be highly encouraged) experience (3 of which should have been in a managerial position)
- Good/special experience in savings mobilization
- Sound knowledge of banking laws and practices
- Competence in analysis of financial information and forecasting
- High marketing/selling proficiency
- Age limit is 40 and above
- Superior personnel management skills
- Ghanaian national with excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Visiting field office in different operational centers/regions
3. Human Resource Manager (HRM)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. An additional degree or qualification in the relevant field with be an advantage
- 3 to 5 years post qualification work experience
- Must possess extensive exposure to recruitment, motivation and organizational development systems
- Sound knowledge on the labor market and relevant and applicable labor practices, laws and regulations in Ghana
- Ghanaian national with excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Age limit is not more than 40 years
4. Company Secretary
- Educational Requirements: First Degree/Masters from any reputed University on Law. Specializing in Corporate Laws
- Experience Requirements: At least 3-5 years Experience in a reputed financial company – preferably Microfinance Additional Job Requirements:
- Age between 25 to 40
- Ability to produce good and qualitative jobs within the deadline
- Ability to work in a team at -multi task environment Excellent leadership quality to build work with the team
- Ghanaian National with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Handy in using computer software’s e-mail and Internet
- Any other jobs as and when assigned by the company
