1. Accounts Officers

Job Description

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for the day to day running of the accounting department including

  1. Entering accounting data into accounting software
  2. Generating accounting reports
  3. Submission of statutory monthly and annual returns
  4. Running customers’ accounts
  5. Ensuring compliance, assessments and review of internal control procedures
  6. Tracking and controlling inventory and generating related reports

Remuneration: Competitive and exciting starting salary for position

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Must have an HND or degree Accounting Option (a professional qualification ICA, ACCA will be an added advantage)
  2. A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a manufacturing industry
  3. Computer literate particularly Microsoft Excel
  4. A knowledge of Tally Software accounting
  5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure
  6. Ability to communicate and keep issues in confidence
  7. Ability to work with and lead teams
  8. Respectful and fast learner in changing and emergent situations
  9. Must have verifiable references
  • Age Requirement: Must be 35 years or above

 

2. Head of Production (Kitchenware)

Job Description:

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

To be in charge of the Production Section of the Holloware factory of the Company

Basic Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling of standards, policies and procedures of production

  1. Provide direction in the planning coordination and control of company’s manufacturing processes
  2. Responsible for drawing up production schedules and overseeing its processes
  3. Establishing minimum and maximum production levels in relation to market demand
  4. Monitor to ensure that the agreed production process is duly developed and followed and also established systems for related to production
  5. Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards
  6. Established and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness quality issues across all departments
  7. Report of necessary changes in standards (internally externally and initiated) and on perform against standards
  8. Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies

Required Skills or Experience

  • University degree or its equivalent in relation to production management and an experience in the manufacturing sector is a Must and in relation to Aluminium/Holloware Sector is a plus
  • Age Requirement not below 35 years

 

3. Technical Officer – Marketing

Job Description

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company
  2. Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities
  3. Overseeing measurement taking especially long distance jobs
  4. Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
  5. Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager
  6. Shall be in charge of training new estimators
  7. Any other duty that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology
  2. A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
  3. Must be computer literate
  4. A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
  5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure
  6. Must be proactive and  be willing to take initiative
  7. Ability to work with and lead teams
  8. Must have verifiable references

Job Description:

  1. Minimum of NVTI Grade Two
  2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience including two (2) years of driving light and heavy duty goods carrying vehicles
  3. Experience in the use of tractors and forklifts will be an added advantage
  4. Background in auto repairs and maintenance is essential
  5. Must be a team player
  6. Ability to take initiatives and work well under pressure
  7. Must processes driving license class B, C & D

 

6. Customer Service Executive (Roofing)

Job Description

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising all front desk personnel
  2. Generate customers’ feedback report
  3. Follow up on market leads and dispatched Proforma invoices until orders are firmed up
  4. Preparation of Individual Sales Performance Report
  5. Preparation of Monthly Performance (Roofing) Report
  6. Generating and implementing actions from performance reports

Remuneration: Competitive and exciting starting salary for position 

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Must have a professional Marketing qualification preferably CIM, UK
  2. A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar position, with 2 years as a supervisor
  3. Computer literate particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsive to schedules and work well under pressure
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. High level of motivation, commitment and self starter
  8. Ability to work with and lead teams
  9. Must have verifiable references
  • Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or above

 

7. Longspan Roofing Installers

Job Description

The company wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to Plan, Direct and Control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  1. Install long span roofing sheets on buildings
  2. Guide customers on product handling and storage
  3. Clean up site after installation by packing up the scraps and other used materials

Remuneration: Competitive and exciting starting salary for position 

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Basic education
  2. Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in roofing sheet installation as a group leader
  3. Must have been through apprenticeship for a minimum of two (2) years
  4. Ability to take measurements on project sites will be an added advantage
  5. Must have technical knowledge of roofing sheet installation
  6. Must have a minimum of 8 workers
  7. Must have proof of experience
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  9. Must be a team player
