Qualification
- A minimum of HND (Finance or Accounting option), ACCA PART 2 or CA (Ghana), Level 2 or their equivalents
- Minimum of 2 years experience proven track record in microfinance management at the community level
- Training in gender issues with experience working with women’s groups
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and any other accounting software, as well as the internet
- Knowledge of credit union concept and principles
- Must be a team player with good communication
Responsibilities
- Assist in Credit Needs Assessment
- Organise training for enterprise groups in record keeping, loan management, business management
- Maintain the use of best practices by researching and adopting new micro-finance techniques
- Assist with loans disbursement and recovery
- Prepare web reports
