Atiwa Rural Bank Recruits Accountant / Mobile Bankers

The Atiwa Rural Bank Ltd is inviting applications from suitable persons for the following position.

The Role:

• The Accountant/Operations Manager will assist the management in the day-to-day operations of the Bank
• Any duty that would be assigned by the Board and Management
• The Mobile Bankers would be tasked with the daily field operations of the Bank

Required Skills or Experience

• BSc. Accounting, B.Com; Applicants with Part 2 of CA/ACCA/ACIB preferred. HND holders will be considered for mobile Banking
• Applicants must have had 3 years practical experience in a financial institution as an accountant or operations officer. Applicants for mobile banking must have had at least 1 year experience in the field; knowledge in micro finance will be an advantage

Expectation: The applicant should e:

• Self motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytically minded individuals
• Must be Computer Literate – proficiency in at least Micro-soft (word & Excel) is expected
• Should be able to undertake assignments with minimum or no supervision
