Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of cuisines and service models ranging from inexpensive fast food restaurants and cafeterias to mid-priced family restaurants, to high-priced luxury establishments.We are searching for a Restaurant/Bar Manager for our amazing Labone Store! Our Managers set the bar in store, excelling at providing a memorable customer experience, mentoring and guiding our employees, while successfully looking after our financial results.

Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Manager And Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities

You oversee the training and development of our valued staff through quality orientations, regular performance evaluations and thorough coaching and counseling.

You lead by example and are a role model to your team by setting the standards and behaviors consistent with Badu values and beliefs. You develop a culture of teamwork, employees who strive to provide our loyal “BaduFam” with the experience they deserve.

What we need from you:

• Have at least 2 – 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Be able to work effectively with others in a great team
• Passion for providing quality and exceptional customer service
• Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and mixology
• Extensive knowledge and passion about the industry, local competitors and “what’s on trend”
• Immaculate Grooming, Clear communication skills
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service because you’re a natural people person
• Have the ability to work productively and succeed in a fast paced environment
• A proven ability to improve operational efficiencies within the business
• Proven experience managing KPIs and delivering great results
• Be passionate about the brand and its core values and mission
