Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that all medically related emotional and social needs of children are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures.
Facilitates the social and psychological well-being of residents and their families.
Advocates on a case, policy and program level.
Mediates issues
Prepare Reports
Provides Counseling

Required Skills or Experience

Possession of a Diploma in Social Work.
Computer skills (Proficient in Word and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong organizational skills
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
