BEIGE Capital Savings and Loans Ltd (BCSL) is licensed by The Bank of Ghana and is the leading Savings and Loans company in Ghana.

BEIGE Academy is a special purpose institution, established for training and career development. It is the learning and development arm of the BEIGE Group, but also serves the general public

  • Have a First Degree with a good class
  • Have excellent relationship skills
  • Have good mathematical skills
  • Have a passion and drive for achievement
  • Have completed National Service
  • Be 25 years or below
