A reputable four star hotel in Accra seeks to fill the above position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists guest with their luggage upon check in or when checking out
• Co-ordinate guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department
• Practice at all times the hotel’s basic principles of service delivery

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in a 4-5 star hotel
• Must be friendly, cheerful and helpful
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
