A reputable four star hotel in Accra seeks to fill the above position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists guest with their luggage upon check in or when checking out
- Co-ordinate guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department
- Practice at all times the hotel’s basic principles of service delivery
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in similar position in a 4-5 star hotel
- Must be friendly, cheerful and helpful
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
