BusyInternet is looking for a young and dynamic individual to join its Sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be dedicated to excellence in the Sales & Marketing department at BusyInternet.
The job and your role
- To effectively manage and promote all sales & marketing activities of BusyInternet
Key responsibilities
- Creatively sell and market all products and services
- Develop marketing materials by using all available tools
- Promote and co-ordinate events inside and outside the company
Required Skills or Experience
Professional competencies
- At least a first degree in Marketing or CIM certificate or equivalent
- Experience in developing and translating marketing strategies into successful sales programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of various marketing tools and techniques
- 3-5 years experience in selling and /or marketing services preferably in an IT or IT-related customer-oriented business
Personal competencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a Sales & Marketing team
- Proven consultative skills; ability to identify client needs and link to solutions; and build beneficial business partnerships
- Outstanding communication skills, assertive, natural ability to present/interact to diverse audience with polish and poise
- Relationship builder; people-centric, curious, determined, results-driven
- Organized and enthusiastic, with a pro-active attitude towards achieving set targets
- Good working knowledge of personal computer software applications
- Good working knowledge of graphic design applications
- Willingness to be judged on sales targets
