Goal of the Job:
The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing all Cadbury Ghana outsourced services and serve as liaison between the outsourced companies and management of Cadbury Ghana. The role reports to the Head, Human Resources.
Ensure that all security infractions are communicated to Head, Human Resources and also undertake follow-ups with the police when necessary
Oversee canteen meals and services in collaboration with the canteen committee as agreed and run by outsourced service providers
Ensure that transport is available to bring colleagues to and from work at all times
Coordinate laundry services as operated by outsourced service provider and ensure that staff protective clothing are washed and ironed properly and delivered on time and agreed quantities at all times
Manage the renewals and claims of insurance for all company vehicles
Required Skills or Experience
Bachelors Degree (Business Administration – Human Resource Management)
General Business experience (preferably in Human Resource)
A minimum of 2-4 years business experience
Excellent HR and Commercial understanding
Cross functional team collaboration abilities
Must be highly visible within the organization and will need strong influencing and interpersonal skills
