Goal of the Job:
The successful candidate shall manage Supply Chain function comprising logistics, Quality Environmental Health and Safety (QEHS), production and engineering to ensure compliance and profitability in all processes and operations in the achievement of company objectives. The role reports to the Managing Director.

Ensure efficient and cost effective supply chain in line with company policies to achieve overall strategy and competitive advantage
Drive achievement of production targets via maximum utilization of the production plant (beautiful manufacturing)
Drive QEHS agenda to ensure quality and sustainability
Oversee engineering installations and total factory maintenance

Required Skills or Experience

University Degree in Engineering/thorough and relevant Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience
A detailed and thorough approach to analytical work and a broad view of issues is required
Possession of 3A’s qualities (Accountable, Aggressive, Adaptable) and strong interpersonal skills
4 years minimum experience in executive role. Strategic focus on the deliverables to achieving the company’s targets and/or goals (contract)
IT literacy is a precondition
