Job Description

Job Title: Facility Officer / Cleaner / Janitor

Job Responsibilities

•   Ensure designated site is ready for usage
•   Daily work schedule of designated site.
•   Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities
•   Keep record of work materials, supply, and request refill.
•   Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for servicing/repairs of equipment
•   Any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Senior High Graduate or Diploma holder
•   Minimum three (3) years’ work experience is an advantage
•   Certified experience driver with a license is an advantage
•   Excellent presentation skills
•   Must be Computer literate
•   Must have strong communication skills
•   Must possess strong people management skills
