The Company is developing the Central Ashanti Gold Project near Ayanfuri in the Central Region of Ghana. The project has an expected mine life of 10 years. Job Description

The position is site based and the Company offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the candidates’ qualifications and experience

Required Skills or Experience

The successful candidate shall ideally:

Have at least 10 years of experience in intelligence and security operations at Manager level
Have previous experience within the gold or diamond mining industry would be well regarded
Exhibit mature, disciplined behaviour and excellent people skills
Possess a current police clearance and Ghanaian driver’s license
Have a working knowledge of modern security systems and hardware
Be able to lead a team of security supervisors and security guards
Have sound computer skills in Microsoft Office
Be fluent in the Twi language and in oral and written English
