Job Description
Work Station: Accra with travels to remote parts of Ghana
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Serves as an advocate for children around the world who live in poverty. Interprets and contextualizes global CSP curriculum and parameters
- Supports the implementation of CSP with local churches as a subject matter expert
- Monitors and evaluates CSP outcomes, indicators and activities
- Works with PF and industry resources to identify Child Survival needs and trends
- Delivers learning opportunities within CSP specialization
Required Skills or Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Mature Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- University degree in Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences, Pediatrics or Public Health, or related area of expertise
- Three years experience in early childhood development, pediatric health or related area
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating early childhood programs
- Ability to support, train and coach program generalists in Child Survival Program implementation
- Ability to integrate and analyse program data and provide clear reporting, interpretation and recommendations on program strategies and implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical writing and curriculum development
- Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software
- Able to work collaboratively cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross-organisationally
- Willingness to travel to remote areas of Ghana
