China Geo, the Ghana Branch of a reputable Chinese State Owned Enterprise, focuses on large scale infrastructure construction projects including the Teshie Hospital in Accra, Sofoline Interchange in kUmasi and Akatsi to Aflao Highway in the Volta Region.

1. HR Manager

We are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes
Handle employee relations, optimize performance appraisal & compensation system
Organise training, development courses and new employee orientations

Required Skills or Experience

A Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences from a recognised tertiary institution
At least three (3) years solid HR work experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
Well versed in the Ghana Labour Laws

2. Accountant

We are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements and records
Keep records of data and follow up receivables and interim certificates

Required Skills or Experience

BSc or HND in Accounting or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised tertiary institution
At least two (2) years sold work experience in a similar position

3. Marketing Manager

We are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Research on external opportunities and develop marketing strategy
Propose and execute Business Plan(s) in the defined business segment(s)
Manage overall partnerships with selected pivotal customers

Required Skills or Experience

HND in Literature, Psychology, Marketing or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised tertiary institution
At least two (2) years work experience in a similar position
