Job Description

Job Title:  Quantity Surveyor

We seek a Quantity Surveyor with experience (3-5 years) in the construction and mining sectors. The applicant is expected to hold a BSc. in Quantity Surveying, or related bachelor’s degrees (such as Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) with training in the field of Quantity Surveying. Other relevant qualifications are welcome. We will be using drones in some of our analysis; thus, experience/knowledge in drone flight will be favored. Computer literacy is required.

Experience in topological analysis, volume estimation, surface area estimation and the like will be considered favorably.

The job will consist of progress report generation relating to projects in the mining and construction industries, cost planning, cost control, procurement, generation of bill of quantities, project management, and the like.
