Job Description

Required in: Kenya, Ghana & Tanzania

Based in one of the three countries above, local trainers are required to create, deliver and manage on CA technical and generic local courses on one of the following disciplines:-

Banking & Finance
Pensions
Project Management
Procurement
Organisation Development
Leadership & management

Required Skills or Experience

You should be able to demonstrate professional integrity, self confidence and passion to create and deliver practical and outcome-based training in a multi-cultural setting strongly supportive of gender, diversity and equal opportunity
An excellent good communicator, manager, facilitator and coach. We require trainers with top-level experience, knowledge and skills
You should hold a Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a trainer. In addition you should be able to demonstrate clear evidence of up to date knowledge of global developments in training techniques and in one of the technical areas
