The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness on the market. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O)
Role Specific Requirements:
- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
- Develop sales tools and collaterals
- Develop effective product positioning in the market
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
- Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies
- Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses
- Brief and train sales personnel
- Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
- Undertake package development strategies
- Compile lists describing product or service offerings
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree in marketing with background from NAFTI
- 5 years of total experience with 3 years in similar role
- Able to work at a Senior level with little supervision
- Proficient in MS office suite
