Newmont Ghana Gold Limited a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the World’s largest gold mining companies.

1. Senior Business Analyst – Akyem Project & Ahafo Operations

A degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience or 5 years of equivalent combination of education and experience in financial modeling, cost control and economic analysis, or similar
Previous mine site finance/accounting experience preferred
Strong leadership, management, presentation and computer skills
Experience with a U.S. – based company is strongly desired

2. Recruitment Coordinator – Akyem Project

A degree in HR, Business Administration or similar & 5 years of experience or 8 years of equivalent combination of education and experience
Good inter-personal, relationship and problem solving skills
Must be a good peoples person
Strong computer skills using office software such as Excel, Word and Power Point

3. Recruitment Superintendent – Akyem Project

A degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or both
Minimum of 7 years working experience with 4 years direct experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, experience in mining industry is a plus
Extremely detail oriented, proactive and organized with strong technology and Microsoft office skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility to change priorities when situations arise
Strategize with hiring managers to proactively address staffing needs solution

4. Security Investigator – Akyem Project

A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in government or private investigation institution e.g. police or private security firm
Tertiary qualification in required field is highly desirable
High level of investigative skills and motivation to work independently
Police Investigators desirable
Working knowledge of Ghana Criminal and Mine related laws
