Job Description
The customer service analyst position is a key front-line position at Rancard that requires the personnel to perform multiple functions including customer support and service delivery management.
The customer service analyst will handle service-related communication between Rancard and its clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, aiming to achieve resolution with one call and/or email.
He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the company meets its quality of service targets and Service Level Agreements. The analyst will also work closely with other functional groups within the organization:
