Dalex Capital management is seeking a Project Accountant to provide accounting and financial reporting support for the Garden City Mall project.

•   The project accountant will be responsible for financial reporting as well as quarterly and annual financial analysis for both internal and external users
•   The project accountant will coordinate with the Project Manager regarding contracts, invoice approvals and leases as well ensuring proper payments to all subcontractors and major suppliers
•   He/she will maintain liaison with banks and other government institutions and assist with preparation for audits

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A professional accounting qualification
•   Good communication skills, advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and good command in written and spoken English
•   Strong financial modelling experience and ability to work independently
