Job Title: Sales And Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

•   Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales transactions
•   Developing and implementing Sales Strategies that ensure attainment of sales targets
•   Maintaining good reasons with corporate and individual clients and acting as the key point of contact
•   Work to ensure consistent lead generation
•   Implement performance plans according to company procedure
•   Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives
•   Meet pre-determined revenue goals
•   Undertaking market research and customer satisfaction surveys
•   Preparing Sales & Marketing budgets and reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing majors preferred
•   A Master’s degree will be an advantage
•   Five years of experience in high end property sales is a must
•   A pleasant disposition and strong interpersonal skills
•   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•   Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
•   Hardworking, persistent and dependable
•   Good Sales acumen and excellent marketing & negotiation skills
