- You will coordinate the support of end-use hardware and software through the Global Service Desk and local desk side teams.
- You will also assist in implementing and supporting the company’s technology platforms to meet the goals of the business.
Required Skills or Experience
You are required to have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications – Certification
- Microsoft Windows Server Certification
- Strong knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Sharepoint ‘
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
- A demonstrated understanding of networking
- ITIL Framework and Processes
