Reporting to the Group CEO and Board of Directors, the role will spearhead delivery of high-quality consultancy services, provide leadership to a mixed team of hardworking consultancy staff and increase the Division’s overall contributions to the growth of the business.

Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Policy Development, or in a complex management discipline from a reputable University. Must have 10 years proven success in delivering best practices in business and management consultancy services locally and overseas. Will have an understanding and experience of proper consultancy practice in both public and private sectors. Must demonstrate a superior ability to engage with government, multinationals and clients in the NGO sectors, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business problems. Must show a consistent career record and be capable of writing good reports. He/She must be able to work around the clock to deliver results and set a good example to staff.
