Empower Workforce: Banking Coordinator

A prestigious company in Ghana is seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated individual to fill the position of Banking Coordinator immediately. The successful candidate shall be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s banking relationships and reporting daily to management on fund positions.

Job description:

• Coordination with the Banks for obtaining the fund position on a daily basis wherever it is necessary else through internet banking
• Reporting to the Management on the daily funds position
• Acts as an interface between the SBUs and the Banks in respect of lodgments, clearance of instruments and disbursements issues
• Handling all the primary correspondence with Banks for all the units across the company
• Interaction with the Treasury Dept/Relationship Managers on the daily movement of Forex rates
• To deal with Banks on the Trade businesses
• Responsible for managing the database of Overseas liability of the SBUs and the remittance of the same
• Responsible for handling the relationship part with the banks for the group

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification: 

• A degree in Commerce/Accounting function is a must and any post graduate or professional qualification will be an advantage

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the above with any of the established groups in the market
