Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a reputable and luxurious hotel is currently seeking to recruit an innovative, adept and highly professional person for the role of Restaurant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning menus
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Take reservations
• Organize shifts and rotations
• Manage stock control and budgets
• Work with food and drink suppliers
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Recruit staff and organize training

Required Skills or Experience

• Must hold a certificate, diploma, HND or degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management.
• Must hold a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Having prior experience in management, customer relations and event planning is an advantage.
