Job Title: Sales And Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a reputable and luxurious hotel is currently seeking to recruit an innovative, adept and highly professional person for the role of Sales & Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Hotel marketing and sales department is always prepared for business.
• Actively promote and sell the hotels’ rooms and facilities.
• Solicit corporate rate business from business travel agents.
• Build and develop strong relationships with both new and old customers.
• Get feedback from guests who are leaving and then drawing conclusions from it.
• Action all sales leads.
• Prepare together sales reports.
• Keep departmental costs in line with agreed annual budgets.
• Work within the local markets to promote the hotel to corporate clients.

Required Skills or Experience

• Must hold an HND or degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Must hold a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must possess ability to market hotel services and drive sales.
• Must possess good business development and client relations accumen.
• Having prior work experience in a hotel is advantage.
