Engen Ghana Limited has its head office in Accra and regional offices in Kumasi and Takoradi, with a depot office at Tema Oil Refinery where products are loaded and distributed. Key Purpose: To provide a controlled accounting environment to protect the business against financial and business risk, contributing to an effective business operation

Required Skills or Experience

BCom. Degree
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is essential
Petroleum experience will be advantageous
Knowledge of Financial and Managerial accounting principles and practices
Financial analysis and business reporting skills
Advanced computer literacy especially Excel and PowerPoint
Comprehensive knowledge of Engen’s value chain (business processes and operations)
Treasury and financial risk management techniques
Applying decisions on factors affecting working capital performance – local and international conditions
Excellent and sound knowledge of Engen CAPEX process
Investments analysis and business reporting skills
Good verbal, written, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Result/Action orientated
Excellent and sound knowledge of internal control & risk management
Knowledge of system software and Accpac
Team Plater & Customer service oriented
Knowledge of Auditing principles
Excellent
