Job Description
Job Title: LRP Delivery Coordinator
Job Purpose
• To coordinate livelihood restoration program and advise households on the selection of livelihood restoration activities
Main Responsibilities
• Supervise the process of eligibility for livelihood restoration and support for households in selecting options
• Ensure consistency and synergy in the way livelihood restoration activities are planned and implemented
• Provide market access intelligence and feed this into household decision making regarding the best livelihood restoration options pursue.
• Leading capacity building within the internal organisation
• Working with the implementing agencies to deliver capacity to affected households
• Contract and supervise the work of the implementing agencies on the ground and provide oversight to the overall livelihood restoration activities
• Regularly meet with the CLOs to agree on engagement schedule and activities
• Meet the relevant traditional leadership to provide information on the status of the process
• Planning & reporting to ensure compliance to eni Ghana procedures and requirements
Qualification Required & Experience
• University Degree in Social Science or Rural Development, Integrated Development Studies or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in community relations
• Ability to interact and sustain communication with people
• Good knowledge of corporate social responsibility and expectations from stakeholders and local communities
• High level of professional and personal integrity
• Very good ability to work independently when required
• Very good fluency in written and spoken English and Nzema
