Job Description

Job Title: ASP Mentor and Certifier

Job Summary:

We are now looking for an ASP Mentor and Certifier that will deliver specific ASP developed instructor lead training for services of site engineering and installation. You will also perform check analysis on the deliverable s of the site engineer or installer and validate Ericsson quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will conduct practical assessment and licensing of ASP staff as well as train and instruct our personnel

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering or Telecom Degree
• Min years of experience: 3 years’ experience
• Domain experience: Radio and Transmission.
• In this role you need local industry and standards knowledge
• You also need relating and networking skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Presenting and Communicating acumen
• Great writing and reporting skills
• Ability to apply expertise and technology
• Strong interpersonal Skills
