Deputy Director (Finance and Adminstration)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Director Finance and Administration;
- Financial Management of the Commission, Supervise, co-ordinate policies and strategies for mobilisation of financial resources for the operations of the Commission
- Prepares annual budgets and coordinate its implementation
- Control and supervise staff to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines on administration and personnel
- Prepare job description and conduct staff appraisal etc
- Develop, implement and manage information system and
- Ensure efficient records management system
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports of the Directorate
Required Skills or Experience
- A Second degree from a recognised University in Accounting, Finance, Administration, HRM or Social Sciences. A recognised membership of professional body is an added advantage. Must have not less than eight (8) years post qualification relevant experience, three (3) years of which should be in Senior Management position

Must possess demonstrable expertise in the following areas:

- Financial administration;
- Administrative and Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication;
- Computer literacy;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Good leadership skills; and
- Negotiation skills
