Job Vacancy For Tellers At Fidelity Bank Limited (Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Berekum)
Job Purpose:
• To deliver excellent service to customers either at the Teller point or the Client Service desk, through efficient, timely and accurate processing of cash/cheque transactions, and all other account transactions
• Any other duties that will be assigned by Supervisor
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a First degree in relevant field
• At least 1 year working experience in Banking Operations, specifically in Branch Operations
• Ability to perform cash reconciliations and control activities such as scrutinizing of cheques and other Bank instruments
• Identify prospects for cross-selling the Bank’s products during non-peak transaction periods
• Ability to refer businesses to appropriate departments and staff
• Ability to deliver quality service to customers
• Ensure compliance with all Bank operations procedures, policies and controls
• Ability to prepare periodic reports and assist in the achievement of strategic, financial and other objectives of the Bank
Excellent multicultural awareness and self management skills

Qualification Required & Experience

• Ability to prepare managers cheque and bankers payments request from clients
• Efficient handling of branch ATM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player

Job Purpose:
• To manage the movement of cash within the branch as well as the delivery of messages between branch and head office
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in relevant field
• At least 2 years working experience in Branch and Vault Operations
• Detailed working knowledge of processes and controls in all core branch activities
• Assist Tellers in the movement of cash to and from strong room
• Assist cash movement from bulk cash
• Ability to operate shrink-wrapping and wrappers making machine.
• Ensure compliance with bank’s policy and standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures
• Good communication and inter personal skills

Job Title: Branch Operations Supervisor At Fidelity Bank Limited (Accra, Cape Coast, Berekum, Kumasi)
Job Purpose:
• To manage the entire Branch operations team; ensure delivery of quality service to customers, and assist to deliver Branch sales targets account transactions
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics and other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years banking experience, with at least 2 years in banking operations or business administration
• Ability to supervise tellers activities at the branch
• Ability to review and process entries and vouchers
• Experience of managing both local and foreign currency
• Ability to act as one of the custodians of the vault keys
• Experience in the authorization of cash transactions above Teller limits
• Ensure all transit cash and suspense accounts are balanced.
• Good team building and supervisory skills
• Good working knowledge of processes and controls in all core banking activities
• Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
