Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient organisation of the Finance Department
• Ensure that records are kept in accordance with International Standards
• Prepare the company’s financial
• Ensure that obligations with statutory bodies and staff are met and on timely basis
• Liaise with the company’s bankers and other stakeholders on finance issues
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director
