Dream Finance Limited is a MONEY LENDING INSTITUTION with its licensed Granted under section 5(2) of the moneylender’s ordinance cap 176 since 2008. We are looking for HR Manager
.Overseeing and supporting of all HR functions including;
2.recruitment, orientation, employee offer letters, employment contracts, personnel records, staff appraisal, staff development to termination of appointment
3. making significant contribution to the strategic direction and management of the organization through advice and implementation of human capital solutions to ensure effectiveness in attracting, managing, developing, motivating and retaining top quality staff
• Developing and implementing of effective succession planning system and supporting processes to a consistent supply of high caliber staff to fill various positions
• Developing and implementing of staff development plan as well as training to meet the evolving needs of the organization
• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
• Formulating and recommending Human Resource policies with regard to employee relations practice to boost employee moral, increase motivation and putting in place systems to help these policies work efficiently.
• Ensuring that HR functions integrate with the strategic direction and functions of the organization
• To ensure that all staff get the opportunity to build, their capacity for growth to effectively serve the organization
• Undertaking job analysis information for writing effective job descriptions& Human Resource Planning for efficient forecasting of manpower needs and guaranteed organizational growth
• Any other duties assigned to by the Managing Director
