Job Description

Job Title: General Manager – Financial Services.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A candidate for the position must have a recognised First Degree in the Banking and Finance, Accounting or Finance or its equivalent and should have been in a Management position in the Banking and Financial Industry for a minimum of ten (10) years
•   An MBA in Banking and Finance, Accounting or Finance from a recognised University and must have been in a Management position in the Banking and Financial Industry for a minimum period of five (5) years
•   Professional qualification in Banking and Finance / Accounting from (ACIB, ICAG, ACCA) and must have been in a Management position in the Banking and Financial Industry for a minimum period of five (5) years
•   Experience in domestic and international remittances business

Personal Competencies

•   Must be innovative
•   Must have excellent interpersonal skills
•   Ability to manage change effectively
•   Ability to manage a team
•   Must be results=oriented
•   Must have in depth knowledge in any of the banking softwares

A one-page statement indicating how you would lead the team to recapture the competitive market in domestic money transfer business given 1 year.
