Job Description

Job Title: Cook

Job Summary

•   Reporting directly to the head of the canteen, this individual will assist in the operation of the company’s staff canteen to provide quality meals to employees, assist in the procurement of raw materials or ingredients, as well as ensuring the proper care and maintenance of stocks and equipment.

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

•   Cookery for the catering industry 812/2 or equivalent qualification
•   A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
•   Ability to work without supervision
•   Good knowledge of food hygiene
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills
