Job Title:   Business & Collection Analyst – MIS/IT

Location: Accra – Ghana

Basic Data Function description
The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of information technology management and control, including supervision of staff, budget preparation and management and development of guidelines, standards and procedures.The incumbent would be responsible for preparation of collection reports, coordination of collection team and reconciliation of Cash collected Vs. Revenue generated.

# Tasks
1 Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; prepares and administers work unit operating budget; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements  new/revised programs according to established guidelines. Minor
2 Identifies staffing needs, provides general direction, assigns
specific tasks and responsibilities, evaluates and mentors staff.

8 Provides supervision and guidance to the PMO project coordinator, administrator and business analysis staff application usability. Full
9 Creating systems and protocols for assessing and accepting change request and new application development documentation. Shared
10 Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems Shared
11 Coordinate application development for multiple projects Shared
12 Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications Shared
13 Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects Full
14 Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions Full
15 Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, budget considerations, time and resource estimates, defining the project scope and objectives, and getting business user sign-off. Full
16 Provide the necessary supporting documentation for the Business Operations areas to evaluate, prioritize and determine the cost effectiveness of information technology initiatives. Full
17 Interfaces regularly with business unit managers to define project direction and system change priorities Full
18 Possesses a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and uses
them to effectively coordinate team members and external resource

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience Education: BE (Electronics or Computer Science)/ MBA (Systems) would be preferred
Functional Experience : NA
Superspeciality : MCA or M Tech in Information Technology/ Relevant ceritifications in IT Network
Other : Exposure in implementation of various software applications for medium and large enterprises
Years of Experience: The candidate should have atleast  2 – 4  years of relevant experience
